MUSIC

WEDDING & EVENT DJ'S


If you and your guests are to enjoy your evening, it’s important we play the music you want to hear. That’s why our DJs will only play the music from your request list and requests from your guests on the night and at a volume that’s not overpowering.

Normally, your evening will start with background music while your guests arrive. Then, at a pre-arranged time, you will be called forward to take centre stage for the traditional first dance.

Then the party will start, filling the evening with your favourite music.

All our equipment is modern, stylish and will make your venue stand out in a great, unique way. Cables will be tidied out of view and, where they have to travel along the floor, they will be covered.

Plus, our DJs will always be smartly dressed (we have a strict no jeans or trainers policy) so neither they nor our equipment will detract from the enjoyment of your evening.

Q Is Your Equipment Safe? 

All of our equipment is PAT (Portable Appliance Tested) on a regular basis, we also having Public Liability Insurance to the value of Five Million Pounds.

Q How Much Do You Charge? 

Each event is different and so is the price. The price can be based on a number of factors such as set up time, end time, venue etc. The best way to get a price is to request a quote.

Q Do We Need To Pay A Deposit?

Yes we require a non-returnable deposit of £100.00 to secure the booking. This is payable by Bank Transfer (BACS).  We will supply you with a reference to use so when making your payment this will tie up with your booking.

Q Can We Meet You?

We are always happy to meet you at our business address in Henley. We do not charge for this service.

Q Can We Choose The Music?

Yes you can. your welcome to send us a set list or a few suggestions of what you would like, All of your music requirements are discussed in our final meeting around 4 weeks prior to your event date.

Q Will You Send Us A Contract? 

Yes we send contracts for all bookings. This covers you and us against any unforeseen circumstances.

Q What Music Do You Play?

Our music catalogue comprises of Pop, Soul, Motown, Reggae, Hip Hop, Indie, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, Rock, RnB, House, Garage, Dance, Trance or Old School. We have it all! Should you require a set play list of music, we can also do this for you at no extra charge.

Q Our Venue Has Asked For PLI & PAT?

That is not a problem we will send these to your venue 1 month before your event.

Q What Will The DJ Wear?

All of our DJ’s wear trousers and a shirt when working we want to look the part and blend the party.

Q Do I Need To Book In Advance?

Yes, you must book in advance. 

Q How Long Does It Take To Set-Up?

Once we have access to the room it takes 1 hour to set up and test the equipment.

Q When do you setup? 

We always like to setup early morning when possible, or when ever the function suite is available for us to access

Q Do You Charge More For Early Setup?

No we don't as we would rather everything was in early to save any disruption to your day.

Q What Will You Need At The Venue?

We require 2 / 3 13amp plug sockets within 5 metres of any equipment you would like set up. If you are in a marquee we request the contact details of the company.
